As a natural next step after the Self-Awareness Lab™, private sessions offer the opportunity to go deeper.
Together we build on the insights from the lab — allowing more time for reflection, personal exploration, and focused guidance. The pace is slower, the space more individual, and the conversations centered entirely around the person in front of me.
These sessions are also available for parents who would like to better understand what their son or daughter is experiencing — and how to offer support without taking over.
All private sessions are personally led by me, in person or online. Confidential, thoughtful, and tailored to the individual.
The Self Awareness Lab™ is a structured series of five guided group sessions for young adults who want to better understand themselves and their next steps.
We meet in small groups (maximum 12 participants) in the peaceful surroundings of Casa Shalimar in La Herradura, Andalusia, Spain. The setting is calm and inspiring - intentionally chosen to create space for reflection with open, honest and courageous dialogue and give new perspectives. Online sessions are also offered.
Through guided reflections and practical exercises, we explore personal values, inner saboteurs and strengths, positive psychology, and the cognitive processes that shape decisions and behaviour. Participants gain tools to understand themselves more clearly and move forward with greater confidence and direction.
The group brings together young adults of the same age from different backgrounds, creating a dynamic and supportive shared experience.
Families visiting the area can combine the experience with a holiday, while their young adult takes part in a focused and meaningful developmental program. Each session is two hours and can easily be combined with family time, holiday activities and relaxation.
